A Michigan Exorcist

You were haunted and now you are not.  You had an exorcist come in and cleanse your home or you may have had an exorcism performed on you.  What now?

Here are a list of things you may experience and how to apply methods to counter act them.

After a House Cleansing

In rare cases a spirit may return.  This may be due to either the exorcist or demonologist not taking the right steps to fast and pray before the cleansing, or the failure of the home owners to stay devoted to God.  In most cases in this matter it is the home owners fault.  Just in the case of King Saul in 1 Samual, God can allow an evil spirit to return onto a person when they return to a sinful life style or disobey.

The act of cleansing your home was all for the glory of God. By the home owner returning back to a sinful life style after a cleansing will relate to judgement on the part of God.  It is important for the home owners to get into God's word and respect what God has done for them by joining a bible based church.

In some cases families will still experience a haunting even after a cleansing has taken place; even when they are devoted to God.

This happens because the head of the serpent has been cut off.  Just as cutting the head off a chicken the chicken's body still runs around, so to do the spirit that were controled by the demon.  Once the "head" demon has been cast out of a home the remaining spirits that were under it's power will still haunt.  This may take time for them to leave and allow the haunting to die out.  The important thing to do is not to recognize the remaining haunting.  To recognize the remaining spirits gives them the knowledge that they are still welcome in your home.

After an Exorcism

Depending upon the person. After you have had an exorcism you may feel unworthy or very joyful.   Thoughts of suicide may take place, depression and doubtfulness; these are very rare.  The important thing is to surround yourself with loved ones and family members for support.  There will be times when you will doubt the whole exorcism process.  Why?  Because of the series of blackouts that you have experienced; you wasn't there.  You will face many temptations and influences to go back to your normal life of sin.  The important thing is to get into God's word and gain understanding.  Join a Bible study group and ask questions.

In most cases you the Holy Spirit totally engulfs the whole soul and the ex-possessed experiences profound joy.  The reason why some people don't experience this joy after exorcism is because God wants to mold that person into someone awesome.  So there is joy both ways.

When all else fails

When all else fails contact the demonologist or exorcist that had performed the supplication.  They can perscribe counseling for you to feel you understand the haunting.  They can also team up with other demonologists to help rid the entity of your home.  When they don't have the proper knowledge to cast out the entity they can also deliver you to some one who may be more qualified to handle your haunting.
